Move Through It: Improv Dance
Join us to strengthen your mind/body connection. With increased awareness of your body in time and space comes increased self-confidence, and creativity, You will learn ways to control your breathing, quiet your mind, and regulate your stress level through simple movement exercises. Participants will be encouraged to find their own way of moving, through investigation, observation, and PLAY.
Amanda has been teaching dance in the Ann Arbor area for 30 years and is grateful for this opportunity to share her knowledge with women in sobriety.
