University Health Services at the University of Michigan
UHS at UofM offers alcohol and drug resources such as screening, counseling and treatment, drug testing, ways to help a friend, the U-M Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Program, sexual assault survivor assistance, and more.

Addiction Guide provides the most comprehensive information on addiction and addiction treatment. It was created by a diverse team made up of recovering addicts, healthcare professionals, and patient advocates.

Compassionate Yoga (Recovery-Based Yoga)
Compassionate Yoga was started in 2017 by Mary Seibert who studied and practiced Iyengar Yoga for over twenty years, and became certified in Kripalu Yoga, a gentle way to stretch, strengthen and balance your body. Compassionate Yoga teaches a gentle, soothing form of yoga that is especially beneficial to people new to yoga.

International Women’s Conference

Free Child Care

The Ann Arbor Women’s Group’s free child care program fulfills a crucial need for parents in recovery. Since December 2010 A2WG has provided safe, free child care while parents attend their 12 step meetings.
