Compassionate Yoga (Recovery-Based Yoga)
Compassionate Yoga was started in 2017 by Mary Seibert who studied and practiced Iyengar Yoga for over twenty years, and became certified in Kripalu Yoga, a gentle way to stretch, strengthen and balance your body. Compassionate Yoga teaches a gentle, soothing form of yoga that is especially beneficial to people new to yoga.

Ann Arbor Sobriety Court
The 15th District Sobriety Court, which began in September 2004, is a problem-solving court that helps break the cycle of drug and/or alcohol addiction that has resulted in adult criminal activity.
