University Health Services at the University of Michigan

Compassionate Yoga (Recovery-Based Yoga)
Compassionate Yoga was started in 2017 by Mary Seibert who studied and practiced Iyengar Yoga for over twenty years, and became certified in Kripalu Yoga, a gentle way to stretch, strengthen and balance your body. Ann Arbor Sobriety Court
